The Lodge
Dalmigavie is the perfect place for a family holiday. The main house overlooks the river and is spacious and comfortable. The large kitchen has an Aga cooker; the house sleeps up to fifteen people, and it is available during the months of May to July – the season when northern Scotland is at its best with long, bright days and very short nights. The house is self-catering, but the housekeeper, Lorna Paton, comes in to clean and tidy as required. She and David, her husband, look after everything on the estate and live a hundred yards away.
