About Gedgrave Estate

The Gedgrave Estate lies in a beautiful part of the Suffolk coast, among the creeks of the Alde and Ore estuary.  Owned since the 1930s by the Greenwell family, the estate includes farms and woods, houses and cottages, workshops and offices.

Rental Opportunities

The Estate owns and manages commercial space in Sudbourne and Tunstall as well as the newly converted Old Dairy at Orford.

Other locations

The estate provides houses, workshops, studios and offices for rent, mostly in converted old farm buildings. Butley Priory Gatehouse is now available as a wedding and event venue along with holiday accommodation and Dalmigavie Estate also offers holiday houses in the Scottish Highlands.
